• Define the sales strategy with clear mix product• Manage Adecco Serbia Sales team. Coach local sales team (training, induction plan for new sales…). Sales team performance evaluation • Plans sales activities in accordance with the objectives of the region and corporate strategy. Create a plan for the development of subordinate region• Define and monitor pricing policy• Monitor sales activities (visits, proposals, new clients). Manage and monitor sales plan, sales reports, pipelines and forecast. • Manage and develop strategic prospects and clients to establish long term business relationship• Runs the negotiations, draws up tenders, contracts and coordinates their implementation• Development of International clients in link with International KAM team• Guarantees the quality of the administrative and financial management, ensuring consistent performance with the company standards and reporting system• Analyses in details P&L reports• DSO Management; monitor of EVA calculations
