• Define the sales strategy with clear mix product• Manage Adecco Serbia Sales team. Coach local sales team (training, induction plan for new sales…). Sales team performance evaluation • Plans sales activities in accordance with the objectives of the region and corporate strategy. Create a plan for the development of subordinate region• Define and monitor pricing policy• Monitor sales activities (visits, proposals, new clients).
