Conducting soft skills training and developmental workshops for frontline employees in Serbia and Montenegro to enhance the quality of customer service and increase sales.

Working with donors, civil society organizations, and national foundations in Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia to support small green businesses and advance the sustainable development agenda in the region. This involves organizing national and regional competitions, peer-learning gatherings, and promotional events. Additionally, established a long-term regional grant-giving program.
