Trade Ready is EBRD's Trade Finance and Advisory initiative. My assignments: Promoting know-how and enhancing SMEs capability to access appropriate trade finance products and services. Strengthening their relations with the EBRD, partner banks and other respective institutions.DAI Europe, global economic development consultant, manages the Trade Ready implementation in Serbia and Georgia.

Supporting businesses and civil sector in developing Integrated Communications that combine PR, Marketing, Corporate social responsibility, Sponsorship and other related areas; Planning and undertaking of evaluation of communication actions, publications and networking activities.I am an external communication consultant for Amplifying local voices for equitable development project implemented by Peaceful Change initiative and People in Need, funded by the UK Government’s Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF). I evaluated their partner organisations communication strategies and plans and suggested recommendations for more effective communication actions. As a member of NSolutions PR Agency team I participated in evaluating communications and creating new Strategy and Communications plan to raise the visibility of the Regional Cooperation Council and its Secretary General Reputation Management.I am working as a trainer for CSOs and social entrepreneurs within educational projects organized by Smart kolektiv, a civil sector organization that deals with the impact economy in Serbia. My recent Communication and Crisis communication trainings were held for managers of CSOs Civic Initiatives (Serbia), Aktiv (Kosovo) and CEFTA (Brussels). I also participated in Public and Media appearance trainings for directors of vocation secondary schools in Serbia organised by GIZ (German Inter- cooperation). I was an external communication expert for the "Perform", a project that supported social sciences in Western Balkans countries to contribute more to socio- economic and political change processes in their societies, implemented in Serbia by the HELVETAS (Swiss Inter-cooperation) and Institute of Fribourg. I was a lecturer within the ERSTE Academy for CSOs, organized by the ERSTE Foundation and my topic was Strategic approaches to marketing and marketing tools for non-profits. Training and workshop attended CSOs and social entrepreneurs from the Western Balkans.

Komercijalna banka a.d. Beograd is one of the leading banks in Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro. Key business activities: - Development and implementing of annual Marketing and Communication plans within defined budgets for Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and managing a team of 14 experts. Design of ex-ante analysis of communication strategies in Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro and perform an interim analysis and Communications plan revision if necessary.-ATL and BTL campaigns (10 in total) for various financial products and services that were supported with PR and Home media (website and FB account). Before and after the campaign the scoping analysis and other documents presenting the results were created;-Preparation of several positioning papers within the Association of Serbian Banks that helped the legislative process work more effectively by providing lawmakers with reliable data and accurate assessments of financial bills’ effect. Day-to-day crisis communication on bank’s contracts and commissions, several robberies, attempts internal frauds, etc. Close cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, The National Bank of Serbia and customer protection associations.

McDonald’s Serbia is a part of the global fast service restaurant chain. Major engagement included:Annual Communication Strategy for Serbia in accordance with McDonald’s SEE Communication Strategy. The strategy integrated all traditional media channels and own website (social networks were yet not present in business communication in Serbia). The strategy supported company’s business goals and regularly reported KPIs of PR contribution to overall company success;  Having in mind that McDonald’s was not popular in Serbia after NATO airstrikes in 1999 we needed to know what the public/audience was thinking about the company to set out realistic objectives and feasibility of approach; PR campaigns for McDonald’s products, children marketing and humanitarian activities as well as follow up Media monitoring, analysis and action plans for publicity (around 80 in total);Public Affairs and positioning papers on food, health and labour legislation and new restaurants opening. All these topics were also the reason for external and internal crisis management. Close cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and Social care, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health

Main assignments:-Annual and mid-term planning of communication activities and media relations. -Press releases analytical materials and brochures preparations on the Government’s activities and decisions; -Promotion of major state projects in constriction, agriculture, education, culture; -Press conferences, media events and field trips organization;-Daily media relations with international, national and local editors and journalists;
