As an architect, my responsibilities included:• Migrating all business applications to the Azure cloud and creating an Information Integration System that enables information exchange between the supply chain apps. • Technology used: Azure Service Fabric stateless microservice, REST API, C#, Service Bus, Event Hub, Key Vault, and Azure SQL.

As a CTO, I was involved in all aspects of the company’s information technology activities. My main responsibilities were:• Developing a critical piece of the company’s offering: Wolfcom Evidence Management System (WEMS), a digital asset management system that allows users to collect and manage digital assets (video, audio, pictures) uploaded from body-worn cameras and other sources. • Software development included .NET stack and Open Source technologies: PHP, Angular, NodeJS, Nginx, and PostgreSQL. • AWS was the cloud deployment platform. AWS services included Route 53, Elastic Load Balancer, EC2-Web Server, EC2-Application Server VM, ElastiCache, RDS PostgreSQL, CloudFront, and AD Connector.• Requirements elicitation and analysis, creation of software requirements specification documentation system architecture and design, software development project plan, and managing in-house and offshore development teams.

I worked as a cloud architect with ISVs worldwide to develop and design IT infrastructures and applications for the Azure cloud. My contribution and responsibilities included:• Tutoring, guiding, and facilitating ISV development teams to optimize software development and architecture for Azure.• Analyzing and architecting cloud IT infrastructure: Windows and Linux virtual machines, durable and scalable cloud storage, synchronized on-premises and cloud Active Directory repositories, IoT, managed relational SQL Database-as-a-service, and backups.• Analyzing and architecting applications: The Web and mobile apps for multi-platform deployments, highly available and scalable cloud applications using Azure cloud services and APIs.• Developing and facilitating prototypes, and POC for Azure cloud applications using .NET, Open Source (JavaScript, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

I worked as an architect and development team lead on the company’s main initiative – “ASM 360” BI portal that allows business units and clients to leverage a large amount of collected data. My contribution and responsibilities included:• Architected and built a configurable BI portal for ASM business units and clients. The portal is based on a framework that uses Silverlight (MVVM), Prism, messaging, WCF, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, Reporting Services, SharePoint, and SQL Server technologies. The framework allows users to configure BI dashboards using predefined UI elements such as charts, trees, and dropdowns.• Architected and developed the Reporting Interface for SharePoint Integrated Reporting Services. The interface allows the user-friendly organization of reports, manipulation, and saving of multiple report parameter sets for frequent use. It is based on Silverlight (MVVM), Reporting Services, WCF, ADO.NET, SharePoint, and SQL Server. • Architected and built a BI Application Based on Microsoft Pivot Viewer technology to analyze and organize a large number of photos. It is a Silverlight application using WCF, IIS handlers, and SQL Server and is hosted in SharePoint pages.

I worked as an architect/consultant on the company’s initiative to implement document/records management, automate business processes, and facilitate collaboration using SharePoint 2007/2010 platform. My responsibilities included architecting and developing solutions for document imaging and electronic document management involving scanning, loading, and searching, business requirements gathering and analysis, designing and developing SharePoint applications that support business processes using out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality and ASP.Net/C# to implement custom functionality and Web parts, integrating electronic document management systems into existing portfolio third-party software vendors: KnowledgeLake for imaging, Coveo for search, and SharePoint Solutions for UI and CMS.

I was an Architect and team lead on the Publishing Portal project. The portal functionality offers an elaborate publishing process for content creators to publish the company’s documents and manuals. Users and partners can browse and search through documents and web pages. I led a team of developers and consultants, and my responsibilities included team and project management, business requirements gathering and analysis, architecture and design, and hands-on development using SharePoint, ASP.NET, AJAX, WCF, SQL Server, and entity framework technology.

As an Architect/Consultant, my responsibilities included defining customers’ needs, architecting, and developing portals and e-commerce solutions based on SharePoint Technologies. I created proposals, pre-sale demonstrations, and hands-on developed proof-of-concept prototypes and final solutions. Technologies include SharePoint Web Parts, workflows, InfoPath, BI, object model, SharePoint configuration and administration, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, ADO.NET Data Services, SQL Server, and Silverlight.

My role included leading software development projects and the team of 15 developers, analysts, and testers, architecting and designing software solutions, defining business requirements, automating internal IT operations (financial accounting system, document management, records management, workflow procedures, departmental and company collaboration portals, recruiting), and senior management reporting. The software development platforms of choice were Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, SharePoint Workflow, SQL Server, and ASP.NET.

My position required customer interaction, which included project scope definition, requirements gathering, project documentation, and reporting. My responsibilities included solution architecture and design, software development (hands-on), and delivery. I was a team lead on teams from 3 to 10 developers, depending on the project. I was responsible for leading software development for the company’s flagship products. I was the chief architect, project, and development lead on the 12 developers, analysts, testers, and support team. We developed the InTouch Reports product, a Web-based data warehousing system that, through the ETL process, integrates and consolidates historical student assessment and other student information system data. A data warehouse is used for querying, reporting, data analysis, and data mining using Microsoft .NET technology, Web services, C#, VB.NET, C++, SQL Server, Analysis Services, Office Web Components, Crystal Reports, Windows Forms, ASP.NET.
