• Designed product concept backed with actionable roadmap for beta testing and delivered 4Ps analysis; Designed Go-to-Market strategy and customer acquisition plan (segmentation, pricing strategy, promotional messaging.
• Developed and implemented a digital marketing plan for early adopters: website prototype, social media page creation, content marketing strategies, and delivered and optimized marketing campaigns through A/B testing.

• Led cross-functional team through market research: customer discovery process (surveys, focus groups and SME interviews) and competitive analysis to identify market opportunity, the best target customers and channeling.
• Presented Early Market Entry strategy for the immune-boost supplement product to the CEO and executive team, which was adopted by the client

• Developed and launched a new consumer packing product that generated $650K in sales revenue within the first fiscal year

• Initiated market campaign (design, production and distribution of leaflets and FSIs – previously not implemented in south Serbia’s market) which led to increased sales on monthly basis from 5-15%
• Managed project of rearranging stores’ layouts for the supermarket chain (15 stores), through planning traffic flow, product placement and better allocating floor space, for maximizing customer experience and better.
• Successfully negotiated better financial conditions and rebates on products with suppliers, ensuring profits which led to company becoming the price leader in the market
• Introduced RMS software across all stores, and created an automated standardized dashboard with status on KPIs and scorecards for the executive team resulting in maximizing individual store performance
