- Offer guidance, training, and supervision to pharmacy staff - Check and proceed prescriptions, promote rational use of medicines, and ensure careful handling of documentation - Lead patients’ consultations about the rational use of supplements and prescribed therapy - Develop and update standard operational procedures (SOPs), take care of the pharmacy finance and budgets - Monitor contracts with pharmaceutical companies, managing supply to ensure the steady delivery process
