After I experienced a sudden realisation of a great truth that I will not be making it as an abstract expressionist, I decided to join an industry, which will reward my passion for IT projects. I have spent the last 12 years as project manager for IT and software companies, and I get as excited today, as I did back in 2007, when I joined HP. During these years I walked the extra 20 miles with my teammates to deliver and install repaired encoders and servers, during night shifts of critical software releases I provided warm support for my passionate engineers with coffee and doughnuts, I partnered with my delivery leads to help them "think different" and embrace core values of transparency, ownership and customer-centric deliveries.Whenever possible, I don't miss an opportunity to put my passion and skills for the greater good - support organizations and community projects, that I care about. Whether it is building a website for a PMP conference or for a fellow entrepreneur, or crafting a lightweight methodology for residential property management, or driving a transition to the agile world in an organisation where I currently work.
