• Played a key role in the development and implementation of the first UK substance misuses programme for young people in a YOI. • Provided structured individual and group drug and alcohol treatment programmes, harm min advice, assessments, care planning, through care and integration with other services (housing, employment, health care, YOT and external DAT to prepare for release) for young people in a YOI.• Implemented and co-coordinating the first peer supervision programme within the organisation.
