My interest in finance comes from my father, who is a businessman. Besides, I choose a finance major because of its advantages in job selection.A conversation with my father made me realize my interest in the financial industry. My father was checking the stock market. Out of curiosity, I asked him what it was. He introduced me to what a stock is and how to trade it. I was immediately attracted to the various stocks. Since then, I have noticed that my interest in stocks and my qualities indicate I am well suited for a career in finance. I am good at mathematics and communication, which are essential to work in the financial industry. Therefore, I researched the stock market and invested in companies that I thought were promising. When I made a profit on the investment, I received a great boost. Therefore, out of my interest in stocks and qualities in mathematics and communication, I chose finance as my major. My current academic goal is to obtain a diploma in finance with a high GPA. After graduation, I will try to pursue a graduate degree related to finance
