I am currently progressing through my fellowship at Chicago Counseling Associates and working as the Program Coordinator at Healthy Gamer. I graduated with an Ed.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University of Chicago, and a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University.I specialize in helping individuals and teams navigate feelings of “in-between,” which can show up as conflict, challenges in relationships, and loss of direction/purpose. I will collaborate with you to create a safe space and plan, where we can process and become comfortable with those feelings of “in-between.” Through our work, I hope you will feel empowered and confident to be the most authentic version of yourself.I take a client-centered approach to my work, with an emphasis on empathic understanding. I find that we often have the right answers, but ask the wrong questions. I am committed to creating a space where we can explore, understand, and formulate a plan that address an your or your team's unique needs.With my time at Healthy Gamer and in the esports industry, I have several years of experience in promoting healthy gaming habits through health and wellness coaching. I also have a growing experience with project management, curriculum development, and human resource functions. I am also committed to supporting the AAPI community, through social justice and advocacy.Beyond my professional endeavors, you'll find me playing volleyball, experimenting in the kitchen, indulging in video games, and cherishing moments with my two cats, Billy and Qdoba.
