As part of the Quality Improvement Flowline (QIF), I was tasked with managing a team of 5 editors who were reviewing the 1:25,000 and 1:50:000 mapping for inconsistencies (textual and physical) and also adding underground detail, MHW, MLW and heighted data.It was my responsibility to ensure targets were met, time keeping was maintined and assist with questions or issues.
