As member of the Shareholder's general assembly - approving the general objectives and strategy of the association;- overseeing the operational activity;- approving the budget and the balance sheet;- approving and modifying the statute of the association;- setting membership levels and approval conditions As member of the board of directors:- signing for and representing the association- approves the organisational chart- directs the association's activities

- Coordinating the flight activities- Responsible for staff training, selection, mentoring and compliance - Maintaining high standards of training, equipment maintenance and wellbeing of the students and instructors- Assuring staff rotation and availabilityHead of training in Training facility accredited by Romanian CAA since 2016- ensures the adequate allocation of the training personnel needed to carry out and develop the activity of the ACS TNT Brothers training organisation-Coordinates the activity of the nominated instructors and the instructors responsible for the courses.- Coordinates the preparation of the training manual and the operational procedures of the ACS TNT Brothers training organisation.- Coordinates the preparation of tests for the final exam for graduation of each type of course.- Verifies and signs the students evolution tracking sheet at the end of the course / program.- Organises the initial training and the preparation for resuming the activity, according to the provisions of the ACS TNT Brothers training organisations operational procedures.-Performs the annual evaluation of the training personnel, according to the quality system of ACS TNT Brothers, including the regular verifications and checking of in flight / jump competence, according to the operational procedures of the ACS TNT Brothers training organisation.

- managing aircraft operation for the current activity including maintenance and fuel supply and deposit approval- staff management- managing runway and operation permitting- planning and managing day to day activity

- Finding and implementing solutions for optimising the company's activity- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee infrastructure's efficiency- Develop department's policies- Forecast requirements and prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyse variances and initiating corrective actions- Negotiate vendor's contracts- Coordinate IT technicians

Responsible with the full scope project management of projects, involving, amongst others:- Team management and development- Management of relations and interactions with clients, suppliers and national authorities- Buildings and construction general contractorConsultancy for identification and accessing non-reimbursable financing (EU and Governmental) for private and public entities.
