Manage site operations ensuring timely project deliveries, consistently within budget. ▪ Managing site activities ensuring compliance to health and safely requlations.▪ Preparing weekly I monthly programs to ensure ongoing works remain on schedule.▪ Ensuring revisions are issued to relevant trades accordingly and on time,▪ Liaising with sub-contractors and chairing meetings with clients, updating on progress.▪ Liaising with service providers to maintain progress in line with build program.▪ Performing quality control checks and resolving site issues proactively.▪ Enforcing rigorous quality control throughout all aspects of build to maximise build quality and reduce remedial actions and associated costs.▪ Coordinating just-In-time materials delivery to minimise storage capacity.▪ Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the project▪ Writing progress reports and presenting them to the manager.▪ Monitoring and managing all contractors, consultants and third party suppliers within each project.

Review/interpret engineering drawings, specifications and other design documents;- Write daily and weekly construction reports.- Work with construction QC to resolve any outstanding issue; recommends best practices.- Proactively identify potential problems in the field; develop alternatives; arrive at optimum solution,means to mitigate problems.
