▪ Recovery of unpaid subscriptions from customers, according to the departmental terms and procedures;▪ Informing customers about billing cycle, payment due dates, records on invoices and payment methods. Proposing methods of payment;▪ Answering calls about invoices and customer information, billing cycles and other details, application of techniques for debt recovery and maintaining established quality standards; ▪ Processing customer complaints in a polite and professional manner to resolve all problems in the sphere of competence;▪ Keeping in touch with other departments in order to submit complaints or customer requests that cannot be resolved in the Collection Department;▪ Maintaining records of interactions with the customer, to better serve his or her requirements during future interventions;▪ Answering the demands of customers seeking to terminate their subscribtion.
