I optimize and scale the renewal management and bookings forecast process for predictability, extract insights from renewal data, and recommend tactics to improve results. I provide forecast clarity, score renewal growth, collaborating with the Customer Success Team, other operational teams, legal, business approvers, and third parties. With experience creating a framework for a newly created team, I support the Renewals Team for efficient and effective renewals management by guiding them throughout the process.
