The activity of the back office operator is to check the credit file to ensure that it is complete and all required documents for granting of credit are present and conform to the rules of the Bank (fit into the term of validity, are correctly completed by the customer, the customer's employer and customer advisor) and if necessary check information authenticity submitted in documents. When the file is compliant with the rules, the back office operator requests the credit approval by drafting of a short report containing the relevant information from the file. After he gets the approval , the operator must create the credit account and register it in the bank system and in the electronic archive.
