- working in client’s warehouses in order to implement the software - coordinate with customers to design project scope and objectives and ensure achievement of same within required time frame and monitor completion of all projects- assist customers in optimal utilization of all software toll and provide technical assistance- provide training to customers- identify and resolve all issues and provide assistance- creating a user manual for each client of the company

The activity of the back office operator is to check the credit file to ensure that it is complete and all required documents for granting of credit are present and conform to the rules of the Bank (fit into the term of validity, are correctly completed by the customer, the customer's employer and customer advisor) and if necessary check information authenticity submitted in documents. When the file is compliant with the rules, the back office operator requests the credit approval by drafting of a short report containing the relevant information from the file. After he gets the approval , the operator must create the credit account and register it in the bank system and in the electronic archive.

Establishing and maintaining relationship with the individual clients, and developing own clients portfolio.Promoting bank policy, bank products and services to existing and potential clients. Explaining customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services. Permanently updated with new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better meet clients' needs.Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.Managing accounts, opening accounts, blocking / unblocking accounts.Prepare reports to send to customers whose accounts are delinquent, and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action.Negotiate payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent loans.Set credit policies, credit lines, procedures and standards in conjunction with senior managers.Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
