- Continuously seek new Customer Accounts and manage existing ones- Manage and develop business opportunities with telecom carriers- Developing relationships with other carriers to leverage new business- Increasing revenue and margin through proactive trading- Manage all necessary studies, analysis and cost calculations- Negotiate favorable rates with carriers- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with wholesale telecom carriers(customers & suppliers)- Utilize cost calculation methods to develop new price offerings for the company clients- Manage the implementation of new carriers to the company’s network- Provide weekly reports to management regarding customer growth/revenue- Negotiate contract terms and payment terms as set forth by management- Assists the customers with support escalations and coordinates with the appropriate department by investigating problems- Effectively collaborating with financial, legal and technical department for resolving upcoming client’s issues
