Responsible for consulting clients on Summit technical problems related to either usage of the existing Summit features or implementation of new bespoke development.On-site support for new Summit implementation, Upgrade projects, support for production problems and new client extensions. Also responsible for designing and building new financial software products following business requirements and the proprietary Automated Testing Platform (TMS).Involved in designing the technical solution, development of the functionality, building and packaging the end product.Close collaboration with business side to understand business requirements, with testing department to validate the functionality is in line with the business needs and with sales team to plan demos and new releases. Responsibilities, Achievements:- Building and growing a new team in Bucharest to develop the new Component of Misys Capital Fusion, Global Collateral;- Providing strong functional knowledge in Collateral Management;- Coordinating with other teams from different Misys Locations (Bucharest, Paris, New York, Gdynia);- Managing the project throughout entire life-cycle, being scrum master;

Responsibilities, Achievements:- Performance and talent management- Resource allocating to different projects- Mentoring and providing technical support as functional expert for the Back Office department;- Managing projects throughout entire life-cycle, from the stage of quoting them, putting together the technical approach, to delivery stage. As methodology, Agile was used (playing also the role of Scrum master), coordinating sprint reviews with clients/stakeholders. The main project in this period was developing Margining Module in Summit System.

Responsibilities, Achievements:- Quote Summit Back Office projects;- Responsible for managing Summit L3 Back Office team, focus on client escalations. During this period I helped on reducing turnaround time and reducing defect backlog. For a couple of months I lead also Accounting, Framework and Interfaces Support teams;- Mentoring and providing technical support as functional expert for the Back Office department: Collateral, STP servers, reports, Document processing, SWIFT;
