Co-Founder of TGK Academy - a Southampton based team connected with Tomorrow's Goalkeeper.

Coaching the U18s team where besides looking to develop players and improve individual performances I am also aiming for team improvement and results on the pitch. This is mainly due to the nature of the age and the competition. Working closely with professionals in the industry in order to promote the players with potential to the professional level.

First and foremost, I am helping in terms of the kids education and personal development. How?To begin with, by making them, bearing in mind they are kids playing for a community club, to want to train more, to want to improve, to be at training 30 minutes before me, to want to aspire for more.I want to make them aware of the benefits of responsibility, motivation, commitment, loyalty, teamwork and effort!I am constantly creating, developing and delivering sessions that are developing their creativity, their decision making and their technical ability within this! I am closely working with their parents to monitor more accurately their performance, including sleep quality, nutrition, social life etc.I am constantly looking to create partnerships with other parties, such as sport retailers, development centres etc. Lastly, I am looking to keep them involved in the sport and also to promote the ones that deserve to play a better standard. In these 3 years I promote 4 to a higher standard, this year I am looking for my fifth.

Improving and helping top grassroots players to achieve a higher standard of football. Looking to promote them at academy level.

Planning and delivering sessions for after school clubs. Addressing poor behaviour, keeping the children active and involved into sports. Recruiting players for the development centre.

Pre-AcademyAssisting the head coach with preparing and delivering the session. Filming and analyzing sessions/games if required. Match-day preparation.
