I am the Managing Partner of Catalyst Solutions, a leading HR and employer branding consultancy, and Hipo.ro, a career portal for high-potential candidates and top employers in Romania.As the Managing Partner of Catalyst Solutions, I oversee the strategy, operations, and business development of the company, and lead a team of 50 professionals. We provide a range of services, such as career fairs, talent development programs, career guides, and employer branding campaigns, to over 500 major clients, including multinational corporations, banks, tech companies, and NGOs. Some of our flagship projects are Angajatori de TOP, the biggest career fair in Romania, DevTalks, DevCon, National Intern Day, Internship & Trainee Marathon and Top Talents, a personal and professional development program for the best 300 students in Romania. I also manage Hipo.ro, a career portal that connects top candidates with top employers, and offers career advice, industry insights, and job opportunities. I am responsible for the content, marketing, and partnerships of the portal, and ensure that it delivers high-quality and relevant information to over 500,000 users per month. I use my skills in HR, strategy, recruiting, and employer branding to create and implement effective solutions that meet the needs and expectations of both candidates and employers.
