Game DeveloperAmber May 2017 - Dec 2018Bucharest, RomaniaAs a developer within Amber, I had multiple projects using different technologies:- C#/UnityMost of the projects I worked on while at Amber were casual games developed in Unity. My main responsibility, for the first 8 months, was to constantly keep the ported versions of "Disney Emoji Blitz" up to date with the main development branch. This process required a lot of code merging and development of identical functionality for the platform, if some feature wouldn't work properly on the ported OS. Another important project was "FreeTime Unlimited", where I received a number of games which had online or in app purchases and I had to remove them in order to be integrated in Amazon's subscription base program. All of the games had to undergo a Unity version upgrade, from Unity 4.X to Unity 5.6.A number of titles I worked on: Cars 2 World Grand Prix Read and Race ; Doc McStuffins Pet Vet ; Doc McStuffins Mobile Clinic Rescue ; Cars 3 ; Minnie Fashion TourDeveloped a post build checker which unpacked the Jenkins build and validated its Manifest file.- Google Apps Script/JavaScriptI developed an internal tool using Google's Apps Script in order to automate the project management reports in regards to resource allocation and task readiness, using JIRA webhooks and mailing the output to all interested parties, based on a mailing schedule.- JavaFor some of the mobile project, I needed to implement native Android functionality so I had to create my own .jar files, using the Android SDK, with which I interacted from the Unity project. -
