So I had to step up and take over and interface with the company that manages the network to complete an entire overhaul of the network, VOIP phone system, P.A., payment gateway, billing processes and database. The entire process took over a year to switch over to everything as we needed various amounts of construction from the telephone service and ISP, but in the end I saved the company well over $20,000 a year in expenses. As far as marketing is concerned, I took over interfacing with the third party SEO agency and redesigned the website to optimize on site content to be Google compliant and raised site traffic over 150%. I also installed the company store to help generate extra income by selling retail online to help support the new advertising budget I managed for PPC campaigns, netting and extra $3000 a month from web sales that wasn't being generated before. The ads were mainly targeted for wholesale accounts which converted over 20 new wholesale accounts per month. Show less

Running a freelance business requires a great deal of adaptability and mental agility to switch between roles as well as work with different personality types in clients and vendors that I work with. Local business owners have very little time as it is and making sure to communicate needs and opportunities to them can often be challenging, but showing the results in the end made the efforts very rewarding. Team was given challenge by Ford Motor Co. to design a Strategic Marketing Plan to increase the Lincoln Brand's market share in the Los Angeles area of 1.9% with a one million dollar budget. Our team designed and executed consumer market research of current consumers as well as possible future target consumers. Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data, team determined a new target market and designed an integrated marketing strategy to increase market share through various promotions.

Team was given challenge to execute market research and provide Outward Bound Adventures with recommendations on how to market to new target demographic. Team conducted various surveys and interviews to determine how to create brand awareness to new target market.
