NimbusClinic is a “Global Healthcare Platform” providing personalized health education along with access, affordability, convenience & continuity of care to its users via digital health records, connected devices & video consults with their own doctors anytime, anywhere.In my current entrepreneurial journey at NimbusClinic, I have been working with multiple stakeholders and teams including investors, key clients, IT team, operations team, and sales & marketing team. The current role has provided me with the skill to multitask efficiently. Key areas I have worked in are developing a mobile solution for end consumers connecting doctors & patients via audio/video call, creating SOPs for business operations, developing personalized health education videos for patients and setting up processes for the call center for consultations and customer support.

E-Health Points (EHP) are units owned and operated by Healthpoint Services India (HSI) that provide families in rural villages with clean drinking water, medicines, comprehensive diagnostic tools, and advanced telemedical services that bring a doctor and modern, evidence-based healthcare to their community. The E-Health Point concept builds upon and combines proven models to achieve unique synergies and efficiencies that have the potential to transform rural healthcare and improve wellness, productivity, and quality of life.I was responsible for managing multiple social impact projects. During my tenure, I was able to increase the number of health point footprint to a population of nearly 15 Lakh people. I was able to successfully develop mHealth solution “Swasthya Slate” along with PHFI team and implement across rural parts of Punjab for safe pregnancy, hypertension, and diabetes. The key areas of my work were strategizing fund allocation & implementation plan, manage operational implementation, overseeing communication and marketing strategies for the target population, monitoring and evaluation, and regular reporting to the funding organizations of the ongoing projects. Few of the key projects I was managing were • Saving lives at birth by Grand Challenge Canada, • Chronic disease management and prevention (Hypertension) by SIDA • Evaluation of the effectiveness of commitment contracts by CEGA. • Chronic disease management and prevention (Diabetes) by Abbott• Increase penetration of safe drinking water by Santa Clara University
