Check prescription for errors, ensuring that they are appropriate and safe for individual patient✓ participation in ward round to take patient drug histories and liaise with patient family, community pharmacist and GPs✓ Managing,auditing and reviewing the prescription and review prescription policies to improve qualify safety and cost effectiveness of prescribing✓ review patient prescription for drug-drug interaction,dosage frequency error,dose of drug✓ Provide information about drug their side effect correct dosage and proper storage✓ keeping record including Pharmacy profiles,patient profiles,charge syatem files inventories, register of poison, narcotics or controle drugs

Maintaining stock and storingAnalyzing prescribing trends to monitor patient complainceAsses the identity, strength and purity of medicationMaintaining record such as pharmacy file,Norcotics and Control DrugsProvide regular update of Medical stock,Drug consumptionProper session with patient while despensing medicines
