• Work with procurement managers and buyers to select suppliers for raw materials and Plan the best way to get them locally or overseas.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders and manage contracts.
• Track shipments and stock levels using computer software.
• Work with retailers to make sure they receive their goods on time and in the right condition.
• Monitor overall performance to make sure targets are being met.
• Prepare forecasts and inventories for reports to the company's management team.

• Manage inventory levels for API’s, inactive raw materials, packaging materials and products, coordinating efforts with purchasing, production, the warehouse and the sales unit.
• Maintain the appropriate stocking and manufacturing strategy for all products taking into account production lead-times and material transit time.
• Coordinate production schedules, forecasts, material requirements, management of finished goods and distribution plans.
• Updated material status information to management through weekly reports.
• Plan and process purchase orders for over 340 materials.
• Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials through ERB system.
