My practice is based on an integrative framework and my therapeutic approach draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and therapies that fall under the CBT umbrella, Systemic and Narrative approaches, Third Wave approaches including Compassion focused and Mindfulness based therapies.
