I was selected to fill an open NPI Program Manager role. In this position I managed 4 programs having a total of up to 11 active projects at a time with a budget just under $10m. I managed 4 teams comprising of 10-11 people each.This included my BU's highest margin flagship program as well as its highest revenue, but lower margin program.I used interpersonal along with technical skills to quickly acclimate to this new environment and set the benchmark for program management in my BU.

• Worked on High Density Power Electronics utilizing Advanced Packaging Technology to house multiple cutting-edge Silicon Carbide semiconductor die. • Designed complex PCB reference designs and PCBs to run specific thermal, mechanical, and electrical tests. • Answered technical questions from customers, wrote application notes, created datasheets, and researched technical problems received from customers.• Developed automation technology to save ~80% of the time spent on our most common tests.• Programmed microcontrollers used for automation in MATLAB and C++.• Became the primary resource at the company for PCB design software.
