Worked with Quality Engineers to perform Gage R&R studies and then analyze collected data for existing and new products. Extensive use of minitab to study/analyze capability indexes (Cpk, PpK) for customers such as General Motors and Toyota. Collected 2,700 measurements to perform capability analysis for new injection mold for a new product, to show General Motors that the mold was controlled within set tolerances Used Solidworks software in multiple occasions to draw/design a go/no go gage to be used on production line to prevent part failures for Lexus, General Motors, and Subaru. Collaborated with a team in developing an organizational system using Microsoft Office 365 software that will potentially be implemented into Quality department to streamline projects, assignments, and files.
