Process warranty claims for two national accounts and three states in the south region. Provide customer service for building owner and sales representatives.• Receive and enter repair call notifications; process 50-75 purchase orders for emergency repairs per week accurately using TinyTERM software.• Process approximately 25 non-warrantable repairs and bill owners; cancel unused purchase orders.• Handle special processes for repair notifications and billing accounts, including Pep Boys & Carmax; access customer’s website to update status of work order.• Issue worker orders for customer repair; issue contractors, and pay invoices promptly.• Code and pay from 75-100 emergency purchase order invoices with accuracy weekly.• Maintain historical records, retention of warranty related documents, and correspondence in the company archive system and Documentum, an enterprise content management platform.• Disperse 500+ pieces of mail per week, on a rotating basis, ensuring correct recipients throughout the office.
