In addition, it provides cutting-edge contract management, vendor intelligence, asset management, and employee workshop tools at no charge to ensure a 360-degree approach to financial efficiencies.As a Software Engineer, I develop and maintain the GSOHub suite of products and provide development services for our Affiliates and Subscribers. I am heavily involved in product design, development testing, and user experience, as well as application security, documentation, onboarding of new clients, and data maintenance.

Serving initially for five years as an EMT responding to service calls, I have transitioned into the Public Information Officer and Medical Officer roles for the department in 2023. I now provide and oversee all communications with the public related to departmental updates, including all website development and maintenance. I also oversee and conduct EMS training, serve as liaison with the Medical Director, and manage departmental medical supplies.

At Jordan Manufacturing, I served as an IT Support Specialist, ensuring the seamless operation of our technological infrastructure. My responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting employees with technical inquiries, and maintaining the company's IT systems. I also played a pivotal role in system upgrades, software installations, and network maintenance. Collaborating closely with the IT team, I contributed to the development and implementation of IT policies and best practices, ensuring optimal system performance and security for the organization.
