    Recruited to revolutionize marketing measurement, as head of attribution & effectiveness, I chartered, sourced and delivered a holistic, unified toolkit to serve the enterprise. Delivering a comprehensive suite of strategic (MMM), tactical (MTA) and experimental (DOE & A/B) capabilities, we evolved legacy techniques to a robust set of causal, modeled insights, consistently optimized for quantifiable value. Directing analytic, technology & quantitative staff (incl. Neustar & Epsilon) we delivered manicured recommendations to maximize value of the $500MM/yr investment and high-scale output to point direct and programmatic media buyers toward the strongest inventory; ultimately informing a resurgence of broad brand investment.Driven to innovate, we achieved several firsts for the industry. In partnership with technology, we developed PII-free data onboarding, instituting a new standard for data securitization whereby no PII leaves the platform. Similarly, and in partnership with Neustar R&D, we developed a first-to-market capability linking ad verification data (fraud & viewability) into MTA, thus quantifying incrementality of premium media & enabling optimization to higher value platforms.
