My objective is to increase our client's profitability, maximize employee productivity, reduce time spent on transactional HR activities, reduce employment related liability, and ultimately lower labor costs. We put together a benefits program that fits our client's needs based on their corporate culture and philosophy. Providing the right balance of benefits and pricing is paramount, but it's the services we offer designed to complement and enhance their business, such as HR consulting, risk management, Third Party Administration (TPA), Wellness, COBRA Administration, and payroll that set us apart. All of these services are provided in house and not outsourced. As costs increase and the benefits world becomes more complex, satisfaction for me comes from finding solutions for my clients so that they can remain focused on their business.
