Geographer and Geospatial Analyst with a strong research focus, adept at preparing and leading team-executed projects to gather, manage, analyze, and map critical geospatial constraints, risks, and opportunities in advance of high-value investments into energy project development, municipal planning initiatives, and international humanitarian campaigns.For over fifteen years I have leveraged geospatial technologies and cartographic methods to help decision-makers achieve successful strategic outcomes. This includes site intelligence analysis for utility-scale wind energy projects in multiple countries, geospatial database development for municipal-level urban planning, and cultural resource mapping in support of county-level archeological investigations. Since 2011, I have applied my skills to advance indigenous Christian missionary projects in the Amazon jungle, Panama, and Mexico involving onsite field investigations, training of research teams, exploration, and mapping of tribal communities in extreme environments and diverse cultural contexts. As a graduate student, I tested novel methods for predicting urbanization trends in the Amazon jungle using satellite imagery. I am also a photographer and have been published by National Geographic.
