I am an Accounting Coordinator. I have multiple duties I perform on a daily basis. I process daily ACH's, cash receipts, general ledger, and balance accounts using our ERP system. I also handle collections and accounts receivables within my department. I'm the Program Administrator for our Paperless Pay account. I process all miscellaneous billing for HRSD using our CC&B billing system. Help with budget and CAFR preparation. I am the Secretary of our Toastmaster's Club. I'm a part of our Sustainable Environment Advocacy (SEA) team and I'm also on our Oyster team. I also assist my supervisors and co-workers on projects and assignments when necessary. I provide support to my internal customers as well as external customers on a daily basis.
