I am the author of Meditation For Psychotherapists: Targeted Techniques to Enhance Your Clinical Skills published by Routledge.Having trained as a psychotherapist and medical doctor, I have a wealth of experience working with people struggling with distress for the past 12 years. I also have 15 years of meditation experience informing my presence as a warm and confident therapist enabling clients to bring experiences that they might find particularly challenging.In addition to my private practice, I work in an NHS community crisis service and am a visiting lecturer at London South Bank University on their post graduate clinical psychology course.
