I am an accomplished and award winning Non-Executive Director and Chair and an experienced people and renumeration committee member. I am also a business adviser and mentor specialising in inclusive practice, diversity and organisational change. I work with organisations that are clear about the value they want to add to society, as well as their focussing on their own success. I have a strong track record with organisations that need to improve their governance, the relationships between Executive and Non-Executive, or want better engagement with their people.I love thinking about systems and the consequences of even small changes in a system and how we, as leaders, can intervene in the best way.
