I’m Dr. Alicia Smart, the founder and clinical director of Guidepost DBT, where we provide comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with an emphasis on in-person care. I'm also the co-founder and chief training officer at TheraHive.com, which offers online DBT skills groups to a global audience.I'm a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician with extensive training in various therapeutic modalities, including DBT, Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), Emotion-Focused Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure Therapy. I have experience working with diverse populations, from children and adolescents to couples and older adults. Our first product, Relay makes DBT skills coaching accessible on-demand HIPAA compliant, measurable, and affordable for therapists and clients. It provides therapists with a new revenue stream and clients with affordable access to comprehensive care.This service was shut down after a year of operations.
