I actively engaged in the management of over 100 staff and students. I led on a management re-structuring that lead to a substantial increase in staff satisfaction, and initiated a reorganisation of the Students’ Association to ensure it evolves to better serve students, such as welfare.My role covered everything from budget setting, and financial audits, to project management and data protection policy.
