Dr Alison Lennox is a Consultant Neurodevelopmental Psychiatrist and specialises in adult autism and other divergent neurotypes. She delivers high quality, neuroaffirmative assessments and post-diagnostic support. Alison consults from Cognacity, a leading mental wellbeing clinic located in the Harley Street Medical Area and in Beaconsfield.Alison is also passionate about autism awareness, medical education and mentoring, and holds several roles and qualifications in this field. She was a Lecturer and Mentor for the National Autism Training Programme for Psychiatrists, a Clinical Communication Skills Tutor at the University of Oxford, and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.She also previously led an NHS adult autism diagnostic service. Alison was invited to be an Executive Committee member of the RCPsych Neurodevelopmental Psychiatry Special Interest Group.
