About Dr. Allegra Johnson

One and done, sit and get professional development isn’t going to build the skills and mindsets needed to make special education inclusion successful or sustainable. 🫣In order to make inclusion work all of the adults in the building are going to need to work together differently and collaborate with an explicit focus on widening their collective impact, and breaking out of their gen ed vs. sped silos. ✨I support charter school teams by: 🎯 Helping special education teachers constrain their paperwork and compliance tasks to 5-8 hours per week so they can spend the rest of their time in classrooms supporting other teachers and kids. 🎯 Guiding general education teachers to collaborate and plan lessons with special education teachers that provide personalized support to diverse learners at scale.🎯 Coaching school leaders through making the necessary instructional, cultural, and systems change decisions that make it possible to scale inclusive practices school wide.DM me and let me know, what is the biggest roadblock your school is experiencing with inclusion?
