Led a Global BPO organization at Huntsman Textile Effects, to support 6 plants and 50+ warehouses worldwide. Implemented SAP at Baroda site, moving from Tally to SAP. Improved, end to end planning for Mahachai, Thailand resulting in reduced working capital. Improved various other processes including New Product Introduction, pricing and vendor payment.
