I am excited to start working at this private general practice in my home town of Wokingham and help to build it up to the success of my previous practices. I'll also be available for my patients from the Surrey area in the CEDA Healthcare clinic in West Byfleet.

eHealth Solutions is a clinically-led leading software company in the private healthcare market. Our products include ePrivate Prescription software for electronic private prescriptions, EMRpro - the most user-friendly electronic medical record software, and LabLink which allows clinicians to make laboratory test orders and receive back the results through the same system.

I was part of a 4-member group of GPs who established the General Practice at Prime Health. 10 years later and I have a portfolio of different roles that I hold. Time to help establish another private clinical practice closer to home using the power of experience.

I have been practising acupuncture since 1997. Later, I became a lecturer for BMAS and then a council member for the Society which is a registered charity. Our aim is to stimulate and promote the use and scientific understanding of acupuncture as part of the practice of medicine for the public benefit.

I was privileged to work with such a great bunch of people at Red Whale. We designed and delivered a successful MSK and Chronic Pain course for clinical pharmacists and GPs which has been running since Autumn 2017. Feedback continues to be positive including that for the webinar which has taken over F2F meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I was Musculoskeletal Clinical Lead for North-West Surrey Clinical Commissioning Group and chief architect of the integrated musculoskeletal service (Surrey iMSK) for NW Surrey which started on 1st October 2017. It integrates orthopaedics, rheumatology, pain medicine and therapies into one service with a common point of entry. The service has been hugely successful so far by co-ordinating care of patients with MSK complaints and avoid bouncing back to the GP until the patient is better or they have been discharged with a management plan. The level of unnecessary surgery has also dropped significantly in line with evidence based practice with consequent benefit to the health economy.The Surrey iMSK service was highlighted by NHS England in May 2017 as a case study, and the local NHS Trust - ASPH - has been awarded exemplar status by Get It Right First Time.This is just the beginning. The vision is to see progressive improvements in patient outcomes.

Following on the heels of a successful design and procurement of Surrey iMSK, I was engaged with my colleagues from 3 different CCGs - NW Surrey, Guildford & Waverley, and Surrey Downs in designing an integrated MSK service across the Surrey Heartlands region. Unfortunately, this initiative came to a premature close as Surrey Heartlands started to focus on different health areas.

Clinical lead for Ashford Walk-in Centre and General Practice Surgery. During this busy but enjoyable period, I was the QoF Lead, Prescribing Lead, CCG Lead, Chair of Clinical Risk Meetings and MDT meetings. I answered all complaints in conjunction with the business manager with whom I also managed day to day running of the centre. Successes included building staff into a coherent team, measured improvement of the quality of clinical care and QoF, winning AQP for Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring, hosting an FY2 doctor as Clinical Supervisor for KSS Deanery and numerous process and patient care improvements. The experience and quality of all the staff at Ashford Health Centre is second to none and it was my great pleasure to work with them.I became Musculoskeletal Lead during this time as well as member of the Clinical Reference Group for Planned Care for NW Surrey CCG.

Clinical and administrative work as Deputy Chairman of Dept. of Family Medicine & Polyclinics.

General Practice work in the VIP clinic of this flagship teaching hospital. I was chairman of continuing medical education for 140 physicians and co-organiser of the MRCGP course. I was also selected to represent the department on a number of committees including Total Quality Management.
