I am a private GP with a special interest in musculoskeletal pain and lifestyle medicine. I use a holistic and integrative approach to the treatment of medical problems. This includes lifestyle issues such as obesity and chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia. I am also an acupuncture practitioner and honorary member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society.During the pandemic I developed an electronic private prescription system called ePrivate Prescription (www.eprivateprescription.com). This has gained traction and led me to develop an electronic record system (EMRpro) for private clinical practice which also incorporates this software. Current systems are developed by IT professionals without clinical input resulting in poor user experience.
