At Trilix, I led a boutique Management Consulting and Custom Software Development firm, helping clients develop and execute better initiatives to drive organic growth, increase profitability, and improve brand loyalty. Our services ranged from business strategy consulting to the development of custom applications that differentiated our clients from their competitors. As President, I helped turn around declining revenues and led the company through its most successful year in 2021. In 2022 I negotiated the successful sale of the organization.

At Cogent Strategies I provided management consulting services to SMB clients with a focus on research, competitive intelligence, strategy development and strategy execution. I joined Atrion Networking Corporation in 2001 and over my 15 years with the company I played a vital part in organically growing the company from 10M to 150M in annual revenue. During my years as Atrion’s Chief Strategy Officer, I worked directly with the Chief Executive Officer in creating, communicating, and executing the corporation’s strategic initiatives.
