A young and energetic, doctor dedicated to the multitude of health benefits and health awareness in Ayurveda, having been trained under the likes of Dr Mahadevan, Dr Peruvaje, Dr Shridhar has been serving in the field of Ayurveda with specific interests in Ayurvedic endocrinology.I have been blessed to have completed my Under Graduation and Post Graduation in one of the top Ayurveda colleges in India- Government Ayurvedic Medical College, Bangalore. Post which, the field of Ayurveda embraced me where I have been practicing since 10 years. The rich experience in this arena continued when I was doing my post graduation in the renowned branch of Ayurveda- Panchakarma. Panchakarma- an area which focuses not only on treating variety of diseases ranging from neurological to infertility but acts as an elixir for rejuvenation and restoration of health. I have been a Reiki healer since 12 years and an EFT healer encompassing it in my treatments. I have always believed in using counselling as a part of every treatment.Having learnt from various stalwarts of Ayurveda, I deeply believe Ayurveda as a way of life and am dedicated to the multitudes of health benefits of the same. My learning experience has been enriching throughout being a student, post graduate and having worked at Isha Panchakarma Center , now at present work as a specialty consultant at Ayurcentral. I tend to work with patients as a whole unit- of body, mind and spirit by advising Ayurveda, lifestyle modification, spirituality, Reiki and diet in my treatments. I have given more than 7 hours of health programmes on television media and have been an avid writer of articles pertaining to Ayurveda. Public Health awareness program mes and talks have been my forte where as teaching is yet another passion, I indulge in.Ayurveda going the global way is one of the methods of spreading the essence of health to each and every individual in the deepest sense and online consultation is would be the first step in this journey.
