Supervising overall lab technical activities, approving and authorizing SOP along with proper functionary, maintenance & calibration of all instruments and equipment, responsibility of corrective & preventive actions, fulfilment of safety & healthy environment, controlling of OOS & major non-conformance, regulation of proper documentation regarding ISO 9001/ HACCP/ NABL, maintenance of internal & external calibration plan & status, co-ordination with Quality Manager regarding QMS

Involved in setting microbilogical lab and establibment of human pathogenic bacterial studies with type and clinical strains. Present position exposed myself in testing and evaluation of various natural products in controls of these strains. Their efficacy, MIC/MBC determination, time kill studies and effct of various physical and environmental factors has been studied in detail. Chemical structure elucidation using GC-MS facility were also performed.
