Randy is a Member in Stoll Keenon Ogden's Louisville office. His practice focuses on business entities, estate and gift planning, estate administration, charitable planning, non-profit organizations, tax, and tax and estate litigation. Randy has served as general counsel for a large non-profit organization for more than 25 years and has a broad range of experience. He combines his knowledge and technical experience to assist a broad group of individuals, companies, organizations and families in accomplishing their planning goals.
