I am an experienced senior executive, accredited AICD FOD, CDC and Cybersecurity course writer, reviewer & facilitator, managing director, chair and non-executive director and advisory board member in both the national and international commercial and education fields & have over 30 years’ experience in senior/national roles in corporate governance, executive management, cybersecurity, AI, environmental management and as a Finance Director and CFO. I run my own businesses and was also the Regional Director for Queensland at The CFO Centre.I am also Managing Director of my own corporate governance business, Pro-Ed Enterprises and Executive Chair & Director of Improving Schools Australia Pty Ltd, and I am passionate about assisting businesses & educational institutions in the formulation of strategy, scenario building, quality corporate governance practice, cyber governance, AI, executive & authentic leadership development, accreditation, coaching & mentoring and ESG. I also serve on three other Boards - Finance Director & Managing Partner of a Superannuation Fund start up, former Board Chair & Non-Executive Director of a charging infrastructure company, and Advisory Board Member of Somerset Education Pty Ltd.Previous international commercial roles include Directorships in education, security and automotive retail businesses.I have served on various private company and education boards & have been Chairman of a trust fund in Australia.
