Angela is a NZ registered Specialist Physiotherapist (Musculoskeletal), Orthopaedic Physiotherapy Practitioner and educator based in Christchurch, NZ. Angela has a PhD in Musculoskeletal Diagnostics in which she investigated the diagnosis of shoulder pain in primary health care and she remains actively involved in research into shoulder diagnosis and management. She currently works in a consultancy role at Advance Physiotherapy in Christchurch and as an Orthopaedic triage role in the Shoulder Service at Burwood Hospital Orthopaedic Outpatients Department. She is the Director of Physio Academy and runs online and in-person courses on the diagnosis and management of shoulder conditions.
