I am Dr. Anil Joseph, a visionary civil engineer dedicated to constructing enduring structures. With Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering from NIT Surat, I earned a Ph.D. from NIT Calicut, for pioneering work on "Precompression of Soft Marine Clays".As Managing Director of Geo Structurals (P) Ltd., I have contributed to over 3000 high-rise structures in India and abroad, earning the prestigious ICI-UltraTech Award for Outstanding Concrete Structures of Kerala.I hold leadership roles in esteemed organizations like the Indian Geotechnical Society and the Institution of Engineers India, Civil Division. Additionally, I serve as Chairman of the Indian Concrete Institute - Kochi Center, and Vice Chairman of the Builders Association of India - Cochin Chapter. Active in international committees on "Field Monitoring in Geo Mechanics" and "Smart Observation Methods", I collaborate with global experts, enriching my knowledge and contributing to engineering advancements. Committed to social causes, I am Vice President of the Regional Sports Centre and an active Rotary Club member, recognized as one of the top 10, Diamond Hall of Fame, New Age Icon Change Makers 2020.With an unwavering commitment to excellence, I shape the future of civil engineering and inspire the next generation to dream big.
