As an advocate for small business development and success, I serve to assist small business owners with improving their presence in the market place. My primary focus is working with home-based entrepreneurs in the conception, development and progression of their respective business venture. In addition to this, my events, books and speaking platforms serve to educate, empower and encourage professional women from all walks of life.

As an advocate for small business development and success, I serve to assist small business owners with improving their presence in the market place. My primary focus is working with home-based entrepreneurs in the conception, development and progression of their respective business venture. In addition, I serve to assist traditional small businesses and startups with the selection of the advertising and marketing sources that best fit their organizational needs, as well as assist in the establishment of winning collaborative teams.

While building my business brand, I also represent in the Top 2% of the independent sales force of Mary Kay Cosmetics, Inc. In this capacity, my primary responsibility is to build, train and mentor the sales force within my personal organization as well as independent consultants nationwide. This training includes but is not limited to money management, skills development, work-life balance, customer service excellence, etc.

I worked to ensure that our clients fully understood the benefits for which they were entitled by assisting them with the application process from start to finish. I served in a public relations capacity with other third party entities such as social workers, attorney representatives and congressional contacts regarding cases that required immediate or expedited attention. I worked closely with local management staff in the training and mentoring of new hires, as well as represented on a statewide and regional level. While my tasks were varied, my primary responsibility was to facilitate the more complex cases and to ensure that the support staff had the information they needed to execute effectively.
